Successful 2012 Canberra Carp-Out.
With another year of obstacles leading up to the Canberra Carp-Out testing the organisers to their limit at times, we are please to say the event again proved successful.
With 987 registered entrants fishing the nice sunny Autumns day. (Thank you Mother Nature)
A total of 1,113 noxious fish were weighted in for a total of 1,481kgs which was sent off to our sponsor ANU Green to be recycled into garden compost.
The Canberra Fisherman's Club wish to thank all the attendees, our teriffic sponsors and all our club members that worked tirelessly to make the event a success.
Keep an eye on this space as full details of the event will be posted over the coming days and the opportunity to send us your feedback about the event and your suggestion for a bigger and better 2013 Centenary event.
